Tampa Bay Collective is growing its Tampa team and looking for a Retail Events Assistant to support client campaigns at retail and event locations throughout the area.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll represent campaigns directly to the public, build customer interest, answer questions, and contribute to campaign results through face-to-face interactions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Represent client campaigns at retail and event locations 
• Approach and engage customers throughout the day 
• Introduce campaigns and communicate key information clearly 
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and interest 
• Answer questions and respond confidently to different customer situations 
• Build rapport and create positive interactions 
• Encourage interested customers to take the next step 
• Work toward individual and team campaign targets

What We’re Looking For

Ideally, you’ll have 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, events, or another customer-facing environment , although this isn’t essential for the right candidate.

Previous experience representing a brand, campaign, or product directly to customers would be an advantage.

This is a full-time, in-person position in Tampa, FL , with work taking place across retail and event locations.
