Pool Supervisor

Summary We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to oversee the daily operations of our pool facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests while maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the pool area. This part-time position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities Supervise pool staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures. Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all patrons and respond to emergencies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including restrooms and surrounding facilities. Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment and facilities, reporting any maintenance or repair needs. Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing employee performance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. Organize and lead pool activities and events to enhance guest engagement and enjoyment. Maintain accurate records of pool usage, incidents, and maintenance activities. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; certification in lifeguarding and CPR/First Aid preferred. Previous experience in a supervisory role or in a pool setting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of pool maintenance and safety standards preferred. Ability to remain calm and make decisions in emergency situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
