What You'll Be Doing: Perform thorough visual inspections on parts produced by your assigned machine(s) to ensure they meet top-quality standards. Package products carefully in cartons following specific work order instructionsaccuracy is key! Keep production flowing smoothly by managing your machine area efficiently. Report any defects or issues directly to the Quality Assurance Assistant or Shift Supervisor right away. Apply inspector numbers to cases and ensure cartons are properly sealed to maintain product integrity. Maintain a clean and safe workstation, helping to promote a hazard-free environment. Step up as a team player by assisting in training new Inspector/Packers and sharing your knowledge. What We're Looking For: Ability to communicate clearly in English (speaking, reading, writing). Basic math skills to assist with measurements and calculations. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling tasks with care and precision. A positive, team-focused attitude willing to collaborate across departments. Self-motivation and a keen eye to suggest improvements that boost safety and efficiency.
