• Shift Schedule: Mixed evenings and nights, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Weekend/Holiday Expectation: Every other weekend with rotating holidays
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,130 - $1,210

Job Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Massachusetts
• At least 1 year of CNA, patient care technician, or direct patient care experience preferred
• Minimum 10th grade education
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of patients served
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and meet physical and sensory requirements of the role
• Professional, patient, and adaptable approach to care

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses with basic patient care, clinical support, and comfort measures
• Dress, groom, bathe, feed, and assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Take and record vital signs and document ADL completion accurately
• Answer call lights and assist with toileting, oral care, nail care, and catheter care as directed
• Assist with wheelchair transport, repositioning, turning bedridden patients, and room cleanliness
• Observe patient changes and promptly report concerns to the nursing team
• Maintain resident confidentiality and follow all privacy and resident-rights standards
• Support a positive hospital team environment and complete other related duties as assigned
