Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU

Role Overview Join a new PACU team in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, providing 24/7 post-operative care for diverse surgical and interventional patients. Key Responsibilities Recover patients from anesthesia, including general, regional, and conscious sedation, requiring acute and ICU-level care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish and facilitate efficient interdepartmental workflows. Utilize teamwork, critical thinking, communication, and autonomy to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Current Connecticut RN license. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred), with graduation from an accredited program. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Experience in PACU and/or ICU settings is preferred. Training available for step-down and Emergency Department RNs.
