-Assistant Director of Nursing - The Village at Brookfield Commons, located at 246A Federal Rd, Brookfield

-Part Time Registered Nurse, RN - Middletown, Rocky Hill, and East Haven

What You Will Bring

Qualifications may vary by position and community. Candidates should have:

A current Registered Nurse license in accordance with state requirements

At least one year of RN experience in assisted living, home care or hospice and two years of RN experience in a care setting

A bachelor's degree in nursing, preferred

Gerontology certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, preferred

Knowledge of dementia care, preferred

The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods

The ability to participate in an on-call rotation when required for the position
