Department Information The Department of Psychological Science is a large and dynamic department in the Norman J. Radow College of Humanities and Social Sciences. The Department has more than 50 full-time and many part-time faculty supporting a major and minor in psychology, including a fully online undergraduate program. In the Department of Psychological Science, our accomplished faculty guide students in the study of behavior and mental processes through a comprehensive program that promotes scientific thinking and cultivates transferable skills that lead to meaningful careers. Our psychology majors gain valuable hands-on experiences and skill-building opportunities across the curriculum by engaging in high-impact practices such as study abroad programs, internships, peer mentoring, and research experiences. Job Summary Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a pool of open rank, part-time and limited term faculty positions in the Department of Psychological Science for the academic year 2025-2026. These positions are on an as needed, semester-by-semester basis. Rank is determined at the time of hiring and will be commensurate with credentials. These positions are for work to be performed in the state of Georgia. Responsibilities Teaching undergraduate courses in the psychology discipline Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines. Required Qualifications A minimum of a Master\'s degree, or the foreign equivalent, in psychology or a closely related discipline is required by start date. OR A minimum of a Master\'s degree, or the foreign equivalent, in a non-related discipline with 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline is required by start date.
