Sr. Salesforce Solutions Architect (Finance, Automotive, Hybrid)
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead Salesforce architecture initiatives within the automotive finance sector. The position is based in a hybrid setting in Atlanta, Detroit, Dallas, or Houston, and involves designing scalable, secure Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
Base pay range: $180,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr
Role Overview: Partner with stakeholders to lead architecture design, manage end-to-end implementations, and ensure high-performance Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Lead design and implementation across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
- Build prototypes and POCs to define solution direction
- Ensure architectural alignment, security, and data scalability
- Resolve blockers and drive solution delivery in an Agile environment
- Document process flows, data models, and technical specifications
- Guide development teams on security, sharing rules, and automation best practices
- Define and review user stories and acceptance criteria
- Participate in grooming and stakeholder alignment
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions in an architecture role
- Hands-on leadership across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
- Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
- Experience with large data volumes and complex data migration
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and DevOps pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field
Certifications (Required): [Specify certifications]
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms
- Hands-on with CRMA, Tableau, or advanced analytics tools
- Familiarity with Automotive Cloud or Financial Services Cloud
- Background in auto finance or manufacturing industries
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/Sharing & Visibility)
