Warehouse Associate / Forklift OperatorWe are hiring a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support warehouse and yard operations, including order fulfillment, receiving, inventory management, and truck loading/unloading. This role involves working both indoors and outdoors, operating a sit-down forklift, and performing physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift. This is a full-time temporary opportunity for candidates who are dependable, safety-focused, and experienced in warehouse operations.ResponsibilitiesPull and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficientlyLoad and unload trucks safely using warehouse equipmentReceive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materialsPerform cycle counts and assist with inventory management activitiesOperate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse and yardWork in outdoor yard environments while handling and organizing productsRead and follow work orders, shipping documents, and inventory instructionsMaintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and warehouse proceduresRequired QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of sit-down forklift experienceMinimum of 1 year of recent, consecutive warehouse experienceAbility to read and understand work orders and warehouse documentationForklift operating experience requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to bend, twist, pull, lift, and stand throughout the entire shiftStrong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safetyAbility to work in both warehouse and outdoor yard environmentsPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and delivery supportProduct knowledge or the ability to quickly learn inventory and warehouse processesExperience performing cycle counts and inventory auditsStrong organizational and material handling skills
