Minutemen Staffing is recruiting for a Production Manager to join a large manufacturing facility currently under construction in Euclid, Ohio . This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in launching a brand-new operation, with the plant scheduled to become fully operational in October 2026 . Pay is $90K-$100K plus bonus.

Job Description :

The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of all three production shifts, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing while driving productivity and continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing organization from the ground up, helping establish processes, develop teams, and build a culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Travel Requirements:

A valid passport is required, as this position includes travel to manufacturing facilities throughout the United States and Canada for training prior to the Euclid plant's launch.

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A combination of experience and education may be considered.
• Proven experience (5+years) in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment with multiple shifts .
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
