Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility protocols and state practice guidelines
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
• Maintain valid state-issued or federal-issued photo identification and wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid state or federal-issued photo identification required for facility entry
• Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts for the duration of a 17-week contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and patient populations
