Accounts Payable Manager

Job Full Description

Express Employment is seeking an accounts payable manager for an international agriculture company. Job duties include:

• Overseeing end-to-end A/P operations to resolve issues and improving processes
• Supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
• Leading the regional A/P team of 30 people
• Analyzing metrics and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Driving process improvements, internal compliance, and standardization across A/P workflows
• Ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of vendor payments across all business units
• Driving operational excellence, process efficiencies, and continuous improvement across accounts payable

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable, including supervisory and leadership roles
• Strong understanding of A/P processes
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Other Details:

• Position is temporary and expected to go through end of December with possibility of extension
• Pay rate is $50-55/hr.
• Position is 100% onsite
