Our mission is to provide innovative, efficient, and reliable products that enhance solar energy systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, schedule, and manage material requirements to meet production schedules and customer demand.* Monitor inventory levels and adjust planning parameters to balance supply and demand effectively.* Create and maintain material requirement plans (MRP) and ensure data integrity in ERP systems.* Collaborate with procurement to place and track purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and expedite materials as required.* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and handle any supply chain disruptions or delays.* Analyze demand forecasts, lead times, and consumption data to anticipate material needs.* Work closely with production planners and warehouse teams to optimize material flow and minimize waste.* Prepare reports and KPIs related to inventory, on-time delivery, shortages, and supplier performance.* Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning processes and improve material availability. **Qualifications:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.* 0-2 years of experience in materials planning, production planning, or supply chain management (manufacturing environment preferred).* Technical Skills:* Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, advanced Excel, Power Point.* Knowledge of inventory management principles and lean manufacturing concepts **Soft Skills:** * Excellent communication and collaboration skills* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities* Highly organized and detail-oriented **Company Overview:**Empowering Progress: Premier PV leads in eBOS manufacturing, prioritizing innovation and quality.
