Property Manager

Property Manager We are currently hiring a Property Manager who brings fresh thinking, follows through, and knows how to bring people together to get results. You will lead by listening, communicate with clarity, and take initiative to find better ways forward. Responsibilities Manage the financial performance of the property by overseeing rents, occupancies, and expenditures. Supervise resident retention, renewal, and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy. Oversee resident relations, including handling phone calls, requests, and concerns. Ensure compliance with Willow Bridge Property Company policy and federal and local regulations. Manage, train, and counsel onsite staff effectively. Oversee daily leasing paperwork and ensure proper completion of service requests. Analyze monthly performance and budget projections; discuss strategies with the Regional Property Manager and complete annual asset business plans and budget forecasts. Assign and proof all leasing paperwork. Audit and adhere to lease file policy consistently. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in onsite property management, including leasing and bookkeeping. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to motivate and lead a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Experience with property management software and accounting software; Yardi experience is a plus. Ability to review, understand, and report financial information. Comprehensive understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting. Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner. Flexible schedule, including weekends, is required. Must be able to tour the community with clients, which includes walking the property and climbing stairs. This role may require a valid driver’s license. This role may require obtaining a state-specific license or certification.
