Operations Processing Specialist
$20 - $23 per hourDescription
Our client is seeking detail-oriented Operations Processing Specialists to support a high-volume operations team. This role is focused on processing transactions and requests, ensuring accurate and timely completion of work within established service level agreements (SLAs). This is a non-phone position primarily centered around operational processing, workflow management, and written communication.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a financial services experience and familiarity with operational processing environments are strongly preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in operations, back-office processing, administrative support, financial services operations, or a related field.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize competing assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Experience within the financial services, banking, wealth management, brokerage, or investment industry.
Working knowledge of financial terminology and industry concepts.
Experience with operational processing, account maintenance, estate processing, or transaction support.
Familiarity with Beta systems or similar financial platforms.
Experience utilizing Excel spreadsheets, formulas, and macros.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
