Job Description

We are seeking to hire Production workers for our valued client in Columbus, WI!

Let's talk about the available ?shift:

1st Shift Production employees work ?Monday – Friday, 7 am - 3:30pm

The Pay? for Production workers:

1st Shift - $18/hr

Qualifications:

Qualifications: Must have good attendance record and be able to catch on and learn quickly.Ability to work with Fiber-Glass productsPhysical Requirements: Ability to stand on concrete for duration of shift, Lifting up to 50lbs.Education Requirements: none

Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Production Worker:

Responsible for set up and operation of equipment for daily production of commercial insulation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints to follow instructions for orders.
Produce parts that meet customer’s quality requirements.
Work within a team setting.
