This role acts as the first point of contact for technical issues related to PC, Apple, networking, and infrastructure. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Provide field support for workstations, printers, and peripheral devices. Troubleshoot technical issues and document resolution steps. Handle basic networking tasks (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP). Understand or be willing to learn IDF environments. Manage and prioritize tickets within SLAs using the internal ticketing system. Regularly visit clinics (within ~30–60 miles) to offer technical support. Communicate proactively with clients and team members. Qualifications: Prior experience in field support or helpdesk roles. Basic networking knowledge. Strong communication and documentation skills. Willingness to travel locally.
