About The Team Join the Partnerships Conversions Product team and be at the forefront of a major modernization program seeking to revolutionize how we convert credit card portfolios to Capital One. This is a high-impact role where you will: Own the Strategy: Drive the development and delivery of features and capabilities that position our Conversion services to be Agentic AI-ready to support future conversions across Partnerships and the Enterprise. Build Next-Generation Software: Lead the charge in creating the next evolution of software that makes Conversions easier and faster for converting Customers and the Business. Lead a Team: Lead a team of Product Managers driving key outcomes and experiences as part of the Discover backbook conversion program This position offers significant exposure to Leadership and the unique opportunity to influence major results that directly impact the success of Capital One's Partnerships business and beyond. Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
