We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality‑focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Key Responsibilities Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating Describes daily specials, answers questions about menu items, and offers suggestions when appropriate Takes food and beverage orders and delivers items promptly after preparation Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed Participates in pre‑shift meetings and tastings Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties Accurately processes checks and cash transactions using the POS system Follows established procedures for taking, placing, and delivering orders Adheres to service standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and overall guest experience Uses proper tray service techniques for all food and beverage service Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Performs other duties as required Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; and two years of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol (21+) Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Other Qualifications Regular and reliable attendance Benefits & Other Compensation This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Additional Compensation – Eligibility for Service Charge Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.
