As a General Production Worker, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently:

• Load and unload materials onto production machines with speed and precision
• Move products throughout the facility (lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Inspect finished goods to ensure top quality and identify defects
• Operate shot blasting equipment to meet finishing standards
• Weigh, package, and prepare products to meet customer requirements
• Accurately record materials, batch numbers, and production data
• Maintain strong productivity in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in a hot, industrial setting
• Ability to stand and stay active for 8–12 hour shifts
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable work history (1+ year per role preferred)
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks safely and efficiently

• Experience in heat treating or heavy industrial environments
• Familiarity with shot blasting or similar equipment
• Background in material handling or machine loading

You’ll be part of a fast-paced industrial facility where every day is active and engaging. Expect:

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.
