In this role, you will be responsible forcoordinating the implementation of business systems in support of Lines of Business programs. You will help bring value to the organization by not only spearheading change but by implementing tangible results that our customers can see. You will have the freedom to ask questions and build relationships by working with other teams throughout the organization. Using your inquisitive skills, servant leadership mindset and passion for people, you will help keep the ball rolling on software projects while reporting and presenting to project stakeholders.What you’ll do:Responsible for development of project charters, scopes, resource requirements, tasks, dependencies, milestones, and timelineInitiate projects and schedule resources on tasks, status update meetings, and working sessionsConduct meetings and update progress of projectsPrepare project reports and present to stake holdersDocument, assign, and track project issues and escalation of issuesFollow established project management methodology and deliverablesEnsure projects meet all audit and compliance requirementsAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need:Proficient in Microsoft computer applicationsBachelor's degree preferably with a major or minor in Information Technology, or equivalent industry experienceAt least two years in an analytical role that involved supervisory functionsExcellent oral and writing communications skillsExcellent organizational skills and conflict resolution skillsKnowledge of project management disciplinesAdditional Preferred Skills:Knowledge of software development lifecycle.Our Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
