Position Overview
Tytlers Cycle is seeking a driven, customer-focused Motorcycle Sales Specialist to join our team in De Pere, Wisconsin. This role combines motorcycle sales with customer-friendly financing and protection solutions while delivering an exceptional purchase experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a goal-driven environment, and has a passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
Motorcycle Sales & Customer Experience
- Engage customers to understand their riding needs and experience level
- Recommend motorcycles, accessories, and protection products that fit the customer’s lifestyle and budget
- Guide customers through test rides and purchase decisions
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
Financing & Protection Products
- Present clear, easy-to-understand financing and extended warranty options
- Assist customers in selecting financing solutions that meet their needs
- Ensure all sales and finance documentation is completed accurately and professionally
- Follow dealership policies and all applicable compliance requirements
Daily Operations
- Maintain product knowledge of current inventory, models, and promotions
- Collaborate effectively with sales and management teams
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, or retail a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work toward performance-based goals in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Passion for motorcycles and the powersports lifestyle
- Weekend availability required
