What You’ll Do as a Motorcycle Sales Associate

• Welcome and engage customers entering the dealership
• Assist riders in selecting the perfect Harley-Davidson motorcycle to fit their style and needs
• Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase
• Conduct demo rides to showcase Harley-Davidson motorcycles
• Follow up proactively with leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring excellent customer experiences
• Utilize and update CRM systems to track leads, sales activity, and follow-ups
• Complete monthly training to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques

Qualifications

• Valid motorcycle license required
• 1+ year of powersports or automotive sales experience preferred
• Ability to move and handle motorcycles preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone skills
• Energetic, outgoing, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
• Comfortable using CRM systems and following a structured, value-based sales process
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000 – $75,000 per year
