Concrete Estimator / Project Manager - Commercial Concrete

Concrete Placement is looking for an experienced Concrete Estimator / Project Manager who understands the full lifecycle of commercial concrete work—from takeoffs to closeout. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can step in and make an immediate impact. What You’ll Do: Perform quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates for commercial concrete projects Manage bids from initial review through submission Work directly with suppliers and subcontractors to build accurate pricing Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project handoff Assist in project management as needed (scheduling, cost tracking, change orders) What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of concrete estimating experience (required) Strong understanding of: Footings, foundations, flatwork, structural concrete Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/specs Experience with takeoff/estimating software Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable Bonus Points: Experience in both estimating and project management Existing relationships with local GCs or suppliers Ability to manage multiple bids at once without missing deadlines Important: If you do not have direct concrete estimating experience, this role will not be a fit.
