Area Sales Lead

Overview Team Lead – Retail Flooring sales at BJ's Wholesale Club, Clermont, FL. Full‑time, 4–5 day schedule (including weekends). This role focuses on generating leads and scheduling in‑home consultations for a leading flooring provider. Responsibilities Promote flooring solutions at the warehouse retail location. Showcase interactive flooring displays and convey product knowledge. Schedule in‑home measurement and product consultation appointments for residential customers. Educate customers about flooring options and benefits. Accurately document activities, report results, and share best practices. Collect customer feedback and provide insights for improvement. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 12+ months of retail selling experience in home improvement or related field. Prior flooring sales experience preferred. Flexible schedule with availability on days, weekends, and holidays. Self‑motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic. Ability to conduct consultative selling and overcome objections. Experience working independently in an unstructured environment. Reliable transportation; personal cellphone with working number required. Proficiency with computers, smartphones, and digital tools. Benefits Hourly wage $20 + lead commissions paid weekly.
