The role works with the team and reports to the Boutique Manager. The Sales Lead develops new clients, converts walk‑in traffic into Calzedonia ambassadors, shares customized fashion tips, and maintains professionalism. The role requires a positive, goal‑oriented, outgoing, engaging personality and the ability to identify client needs to maximize sales commissions. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude and exceed client expectations. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills. Capture customer information using multiple channels, including phone and written follow‑up. Manage client book and follow up on shopping experience, product care instructions. Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed with Store Manager. Demonstrate full knowledge of products to maximize sales opportunities. Use fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships. Support managers to maximize efficiency of standard in‑store operations (replenishment, markdowns). Partner with Manager to leverage internal systems for business analysis and track KPIs. Support managers in maintaining visual and housekeeping standards. Operate POS system, conduct email, opening and closing procedures. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including salesfloor, fitting rooms, cash desk, backrooms, bathrooms, stockroom. Perform daily cleaning tasks: dust shelves, clean doors/windows/mirrors, empty trash, sweep/mop floors, sanitize sinks and common areas. Team Dynamics Report directly to Assistant Manager and Store Management. Provide training to new teammates, possibly across departments. May support New Store Openings across the US based on experience. Participate in nationwide contests within Calzedonia locations. Career Development Opportunities All Sales Leads learn new skills daily with hands‑on training in Guest Experience, Basic Store Operations, Business Acumen, Visual Merchandising, Stock Management, and more. Leaders encourage development and can progress to Store Manager, District Manager, Sales Director, etc. Qualifications Eligibility to work in the US. High school graduate or equivalent. Compensation based on years of experience in customer service and sales. 3 to 4 years of contemporary fashion retail preferred. High standards of customer service and advanced selling techniques knowledge. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Commitment, self‑motivated, goal‑oriented. Problem solving ability. Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, weekends. People person, enjoys team environment, builds connections with guests.
