AMN Healthcare has been retained to identify a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist to join a top ranked health system in northern New Jersey. This is a unique opportunity to help establish and grow a newly developed hospital-employed ear, nose, and throat service line within one of New Jersey‘s leading independent health systems. Physicians will benefit from a strong primary care referral network, a collaborative multispecialty environment, and the flexibility to maintain a broad-based practice while pursuing subspecialty interests. The organization anticipates rapid practice growth and offers the resources, infrastructure, and clinical support needed to build a thriving program.

Opportunity Highlights

• Practice a blend of comprehensive otolaryngology and subspecialty interests
• Three days in clinic and two days in the operating room weekly
• Strong referral network supported by a large, employed primary care base
• Opportunity to help shape clinical workflows and future program growth
• Collaborative relationship with established community ear, nose, and throat providers
• Access to hospital operating rooms and comprehensive clinical resources
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of $500,000
• Guaranteed salary for two years, with flexibility for extension
• wRVU production incentive
