Program Manager

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Employment Type: Long-term contract (potential for extension and/or conversion) We're partnering with a global hospitality organization to identify an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise technology initiatives spanning multiple business and IT organizations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys collaborating with executive stakeholders, and has a proven track record delivering strategic programs from inception through execution. What You'll Do Lead the full lifecycle of large, cross-functional technology programs from planning through delivery. Develop and manage enterprise program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and cross-project dependencies. Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align program objectives and priorities. Coordinate multiple project teams, vendors, and business units to ensure successful delivery. Monitor program scope, budgets, resources, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams. Facilitate executive meetings, communicate program status, and provide leadership-ready presentations. Establish governance, reporting, and best practices to drive successful program execution. Identify opportunities to improve processes, mitigate risks, and remove delivery roadblocks. What We're Looking For 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading large‑scale enterprise initiatives. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional workstreams. Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders. Proven experience managing program budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Strong background delivering enterprise IT, digital transformation, infrastructure, cloud, or business technology programs. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Experience Enterprise PMO or governance experience. Experience leading complex technology transformation programs across multiple business units. PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or other project/program management certifications are a plus.
