Highlights Pay: $58.19/hour Location: Long Island City, NY Facility: MountSinaiQueens Department/Unit: Emergency Department Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift What You’ll Do Assist in development, implementation, and evaluation of standards of care. Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care. Provide direct, continuous care for a specific caseload of patients. Coordinate patient care activities, including teaching and discharge planning. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members. Participate in performance improvement and nursing quality activities. Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care. Conduct discharge planning from admission to discharge. Maintain clinical competence and professional growth. Support the mission and objectives of the institution and department. Requirements Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing considered for specialized areas. Experience Relevant clinical competence in nursing practice required.
