Required Skills:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine or related specialty
• Valid state medical license and DEA registration
• Proven clinical proficiency in emergency medicine procedures and protocols
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in high-volume emergency departments
• Familiarity with the latest emergency medical technologies and practices
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Previous work experience in trauma or critical care settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

• At least 2 years of post-residency emergency medicine practice
• Prior experience in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments

Other Requirements:

• Availability for night shifts (19:00 - 07:00, 3 nights per week)
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Travel or licensure reimbursement options available where applicable
