Senior Product Designer

Join The Jusbrasil Team Transforming the justice system with technology is not trivial. We are building an in-house artificial intelligence: Jus IA has 43% fewer hallucinations than generalist AIs. This is concrete proof that here technology is not just talk, and it supports our mission: to elevate justice. We handle more than 7 billion legal documents and more than 1,400 official data sources. It's a challenge of scale and precision that few companies in the country face. We are 670 Jusbrasilians, almost half in engineering and product, spread across more than 125 cities in Brazil and abroad. The model is remote: you choose where to live, the job doesn't change. Here, those who take on the problem without a owner and deliver something above expectations grow fast. Those who prefer the obvious path, don't. Our Impact World's no.1 legal site in terms of number of accesses More than 20 million users per month More than 7 billion legal documents of public interest More than 80% of Brazilian lawyers registered 670 Jusbrasilians, almost half in technology and product Presence in more than 125 cities in Brazil and abroad Remote model: freedom to choose where to live, without losing the right job About The Team The App team is responsible for translating the Jusbrasil strategy into an experience for the end user, specifically in the mobile channel, which represents one of the main growth vectors of the platform. The team operates at the intersection of product, engineering, and research, with autonomy to propose direction and responsibility for the quality of each point of contact with the user. The team actively uses AI in the design process to prototype with more speed. About The Role We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to transform the experience of the Jusbrasil App. You will have solid UI and UX expertise, will take care of the quality of interaction, and will work closely with the product team to elevate the area's plan to an experience of excellence. In a context where the app's strategy is growing and adjusting, we expect someone capable of having their own product vision, who does not just execute what is defined, but actively contributes to what is still being discovered. You will develop multiple solutions for the same problem, test them with real users, defend your choices with arguments, and build consensus with the team and leadership. The use of AI as part of the design process is an expectation, not a differentiator: from rapid prototyping to generating alternatives, we want someone who already operates this way in their daily work. Key Responsibilities Transform the app product plan into a high-quality UI and UX experience, from concept to delivery Take care of the detail of interaction, micro interaction, and animation characteristic of a mobile product Develop multiple solutions for the same problem and test them with users throughout the process Bring structured arguments to decide between alternatives and approve the final solution with internal stakeholders Prototype with AI and, in partnership with engineering, take prototypes to a stage close to the final product Navigate the phases of adjustment of the app strategy with own product vision and ability to contribute to the direction Mandatory Skills Solid UI and UX expertise, with strong sensitivity for experience and design quality Experience in product strategy — goes beyond execution and contributes with vision Proven experience in at least one mobile project or with web-mobile intersection Ability to prototype with AI fluently, integrating tools into the design process Ability to test solutions with users, articulate arguments, and approve decisions with stakeholders Background in user research and ability to conduct qualitative tests autonomously Plus Points Experience with Design for generative or conversational AI products Experience in product environments in definition or early-stage JusBrasil
