Architect

• Design and development of architectural projects
• Create drawings, 3D models, and presentations
• Project management and communication with suppliers
• On site supervision of construction
• Collaborate with the team to refine project concepts

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture | Master of Science in Architecture
• Strong creative and conceptual skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and attention to detail
• Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and oversee complex tasks
• Experience in construction supervision, ensuring design intent is realized during execution
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships
• Extensive experience with Rhino, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Good knowledge of 3D visualization (Enscape)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in an architecture office
• Knowledge of Local Regulations (NOK)
