Urban Planner

We are a nationwide engineering firm with over 125 employees at multiple locations. Our focus areas are infrastructure, water, transportation, and energy and telecommunications supply. From planning to implementation, we accompany demanding projects. At the Esslingen location, central organizational functions are consolidated. In this role, you support management and the teams in daily operations and coordinate processes across locations.

Job details

• Preparation of urban development concepts, development plans, and land use plans
• Development of concepts for mobility, open spaces & sustainability
• Participation in the conception and design of traffic facilities and public spaces
• Coordination with authorities, clients, and specialist planners
• Support in project development and cost calculation
• Presentation of projects to the public (citizen assemblies, clients, etc.)

Your profile

• Completed degree in urban planning, architecture, geography, civil engineering, or equivalent
• Ideally several years of professional experience in urban planning or traffic planning
• Engagement, sense of responsibility, and teamwork ability
• Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration with engineers and landscape planners
• Good knowledge of industry-standard specialist software and CAD programs (AutoCAD, BricsCAD)
