Food & Beverage Manager

We’re looking for an experienced food and beverage manager to take our impeccable service to the next level. Your job will be to lead our highly-engaged team and manage the entire food and beverage department; under your watch, every guest leaves happy! Responsibilities:

Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff
Create and maintain staff operation schedules
Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service
Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions
Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures

Qualifications:

Strong insight into the latest culinary industry trends and can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of portion and plating standards
Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred
High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred
3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision
National food and health safety regulations knowledge
