Technology Support Specialist
Ayer Shirley Regional School District
The Technology Support Specialist (TSS) is primarily responsible for providing networking, hardware, and software support in a PreK to Grade 12 school environment. The TSS will address day-to-day issues that occur in a one-to-one technology environment.
- Diagnosing and repairing Chromebooks
- Troubleshooting technology issues
- Addressing help desk tickets to support the school environment
- Setting up and installing new technologies (as necessary)
- Assisting with set up for school presentations
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology
- Assist with setting up presentations
- Work with wireless technologies
- Provide staff, teachers, and students with technical support with educational applications.
