Our client is seeking a results-oriented Senior Manager, Enterprise Accounts to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market sales strategy focused on accelerating growth with key strategic customers. This role requires a proven track record in B2B sales and Account Management with large, global enterprise clients and the ability to navigate complex account environments with confidence and agility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently exceed sales quotas through relationship-based selling and strategic account management.
• Drive growth by expanding into new verticals and forming strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute a targeted go-to-market sales strategy focused on high-value strategic accounts.
• Lead business development efforts, crafting tailored commercial solutions for large enterprise customers.
• Own the full sales cycle- from lead generation through contract negotiation and ongoing account management.
• Proactively manage accounts to achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations with global clients to close high-value deals.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic customers, aligning offerings to their business goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and channel performance to inform sales strategies.
• Monitor and report on market dynamics, including partner and customer behavior, to uncover growth opportunities.
• Create and deliver strategic business plans (quarterly and annually) aligned with company objectives.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and support teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships and strategic partnerships with decision makers across customer groups.

Core Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-8+ years of progressive B2B sales and Account Management experience- preferably in fuel & convenience retail.
• Proven success in leading and/or managing complex commercial and contractual negotiations with complex customer groups.
• Demonstrated ability to drive, shape, and close high-value commercial deals.
• Deep understanding of market trends, industry landscape, and competitive positioning.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
