Automotive SaaS | Remote | Base Salary $70 - $80K + Commission (OTE $100,000+)

Automotive Fixed Operations experience is required. Applicants without retail dealership Fixed Operations experience will not be considered.

We're seeking an experienced dealership professional who understands Fixed Operations and enjoys helping dealerships achieve better business results. This role is ideal for someone with a successful background in dealership service operations who is ready to leverage that experience in a technology-driven environment.

This is not a cold-calling position. You'll manage an established portfolio of dealership clients, conduct strategic business reviews, present performance analytics, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend additional FrogData solutions that help customers achieve even greater success.

What You'll Do

• Manage and strengthen relationships with an assigned portfolio of dealership clients.
• Conduct virtual business reviews using FrogData's performance analytics and reporting tools.
• Help dealership leadership identify opportunities to improve profitability, customer retention, operational efficiency, and overall Fixed Operations performance.
• Present business insights and recommendations to Service Managers, Fixed Operations Directors, General Managers, and Dealer Principals.
• Recommend additional FrogData products and services when they align with the dealership's goals and objectives.
• Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth.
• Maintain account activity and opportunities within the CRM.
• Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, and Sales teams to ensure outstanding client experiences.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of retail automotive dealership Fixed Operations experience.
• Strong understanding of dealership service operations, Customer Pay business, repair order management, labor sales, technician productivity, and Fixed Operations KPIs.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze business performance and confidently present recommendations to dealership leadership.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a high-performing Service Advisor with proven sales and customer relationship skills.
• Experience with an automotive SaaS, dealership software, CRM, DMS, consulting, or digital marketing company serving automotive retailers.
• Experience selling or supporting technology solutions for dealerships.
• Familiarity with dealership analytics and performance reporting.
