About the Role:

Lean Solutions Group is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth and expand enterprise accounts across the U.S. market for our outsourced operations, BPO, logistics, and transportation solutions

You'll be selling operational partnerships — helping enterprise clients outsource complex functions like staffing, logistics support, and back-office operations. This means leading long, consultative sales cycles with senior decision-makers (VP/C-level), navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees, and building solutions around real operational and workforce challenges — cost-to-serve, labor capacity, process efficiency.

We're specifically looking for someone with a strong background in BPO, outsourcing, staffing, logistics, or transportation sales — candidates who understand how enterprise clients evaluate and buy operational services, and who are fluent in the economics of labor and outsourcing. This background is what will set you up to succeed here.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle for new enterprise logos — from prospecting through close — in the $100K+ ACV range
• Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers (COO, VP Operations, VP Supply Chain, CFO) around outsourcing and operational strategy
• Translate operational pain points (staffing gaps, cost-to-serve, logistics bottlenecks) into tailored outsourcing solutions
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals with sales cycles of 3–9+ months
• Consistently meet or exceed an annual quota of $1M+ ARR
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in HubSpot

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience selling BPO, outsourcing, staffing, logistics, or transportation services — this is the background that matters most to us
• 5–7 years of B2B sales experience , with at least 3 years selling into enterprise accounts ($100K+ xhyhwjd ACV)
• A genuine "hunter" mentality — proven success building pipeline and closing net-new logos, not just managing inbound or renewals
• Consultative selling skills: ability to diagnose operational and business challenges and build a business case around cost, labor, and process improvement
• Track record of consistently hitting $1M+ ARR quotas
• Comfort with long, complex sales cycles (3–9+ months) involving procurement, legal, and multiple executive stakeholders
• CRM discipline — HubSpot experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Professional English proficiency (C1–C2) — this role involves executive-level client interaction
