The opportunity

Our client is a VC-backed Series B SaaS company accelerating its expansion across the enterprise market.

The product is validated. Thousands of customers are already using the platform. The company has secured significant institutional backing and is now investing heavily in its enterprise go-to-market team.

They are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to win strategic accounts, navigate complex sales cycles and help establish the company as a category leader.

You will work closely with senior leadership, own the complete enterprise sales cycle and have the resources, product traction and market opportunity required to deliver serious results.

The numbers

$150K to $180K base salary

$300K to $360K OTE with a 50/50 split

Uncapped commission with accelerators

Annual quota of approximately $1.2M to $1.5M in new ARR

Typical deal sizes of $100K to $500K+ ARR

Expected sales cycles of six to 12 months

Fully remote across the USA

Equity in a growing Series B company

What you will be doing

Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from strategic prospecting to close

Win net-new business across named enterprise accounts

Build relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers

Develop compelling business cases with measurable commercial outcomes

Multi-thread across complex buying committees and business functions

Navigate procurement, security, legal and technical evaluations

Build account plans and generate qualified pipeline through strategic outbound activity

Partner with sales engineering, marketing, product and customer success

Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined opportunity management

Share market intelligence that strengthens product and go-to-market strategy

What we are looking for

Seven or more years of B2B SaaS sales experience

At least four years closing enterprise software agreements

A consistent record of achieving at least 100% of annual quota

Experience closing individual deals worth $250K or more in ARR

Success selling into organisations with more than 1,000 employees

Experience managing six to 12-month sales cycles

Confidence presenting to C-suite executives and executive buying committees

Strong command of enterprise qualification methodologies such as MEDDPICC

Proven ability to generate pipeline rather than depend entirely on inbound leads

Experience navigating legal, procurement, security and technical stakeholders

A strategic, resilient and highly accountable approach to sales
