Requisitos Principales/REQUIRMENTS
- Experiencia en la industria de la hospitalidad/ HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCIE
- Bilingüe (español/inglés) / BILINGUAL IS A PLUS
- Transporte confiable/ RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- Recruit, source, and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, availability, and job requirements.
- Contact applicants and schedule interviews with clients or hiring managers.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and applicant information.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Communicate job details, pay rates, schedules, locations, and requirements to candidates.
- Complete employment paperwork, background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements as applicable.
- Coordinate candidate placements and onboarding.
- Follow up with placed employees and clients to ensure successful placements.
- Develop relationships with candidates, employees, and business clients.
- Meet recruiting, placement, and hiring goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Handle candidate questions, concerns, and employment-related issues professionally.
- Assist with employee retention and attendance follow-up when needed.
