Executive Compensation Senior Associate or Counsel

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate or Counsel with public company experience to join their Executive Compensation Practice in Charleston, SC, Charlotte, NC, Irvine, CA, Miami, FL, Nashville, TN, New York, NY, Pittsburgh, PA, Raleigh, NC, San Francisco, CA, or Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Duties Handle public company executive compensation disclosures. Manage employee benefits aspects of M&A and private equity transactions. Oversee tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans. Develop executive employment and severance arrangements. Design equity and non-equity incentive plans. Engage in significant client contact and manage responsibilities independently. Requirements Minimum of six years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant state. Skills Proficiency in handling complex legal matters. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent client service orientation.
