Job Summary

Rimrock Subaru is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Love Encore Redelivery Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring every Subaru owner fully understands and enjoys all the features, technology, and benefits of their new vehicle after delivery.

The Love Encore Redelivery Specialist serves as a product expert and customer advocate, creating an exceptional ownership experience that builds long-term loyalty, referrals, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers after vehicle delivery to schedule Love Encore appointments.
• Conduct in-person or virtual vehicle redelivery appointments.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, safety systems, infotainment, driver-assist technologies, and Subaru ownership benefits.
• Assist customers with:
  • Bluetooth pairing
  • Apple CarPlay and Android Auto setup
  • STARLINK features
  • Driver profiles and settings
  • Subaru EyeSight technologies
  • MySubaru app registration and usage
• Answer ownership questions and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain appointment schedules and follow-up records.
• Encourage customer participation in Subaru ownership programs.
• Help improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Promote positive online reviews and customer referrals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service background preferred.
• Comfortable teaching and explaining technology to customers of all experience levels.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage appointments.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
• Automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $12.00 per hour base pay and Monthly performance bonus opportunities up to $70 per Redelivery (Average Redelivery per month 45-55)

Performance Bonus

• Earn a $250 monthly bonus when 85% or more of eligible Love Encore appointments from the previous month's vehicle deliveries are successfully completed.
• Additional customer loyalty and retention incentives may apply.
