We steam our veggies to perfection and expertly charbroil our lean meats without ever touching a fryer. We aim to serve fresh and healthy entrees, prepared to order. WaBa Grill offers all Team Members a clear career path that includes continuous training and development. We are committed to creating leaders in our restaurants by providing you the tools and mentorship to help you find continued success with us as a Certified Trainer, Person-In-Charge, Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager. WaBa Grill is quickly growing and there is opportunity for advancement if desired.

- Follow recipes and procedures to consistently provide high quality and flavorful food menu.
- Adhere closely to food safety, sanitation procedures and all WaBa Grill standards.
- Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
- Having fun is a must!
