Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL A Truck Driver

Duties

Operate a variety of trucks including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tanker trailer (liquid Brine), dump trucks & trailers, and roll-off trucks and lowbed trailers
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT standards
Primary responsibilities will be the daily hauling of landscape materials, mulch, and various aggregates.
Some customer deliveries with a ten wheeler but mainly maintaining inventory.
Qualifications
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with endorsements relevant to the vehicle type (e.g., Flatbed, Tanker, lowbed, roll off truck )
Experience operating manual transmission trucks preferred
Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and freight delivery
Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and cargo handling
Ability to operate specialized equipment such as payloaders when necessary for loading/unloading
Experience with different truck types such as dump trucks or tractor-trailers is a plus
Strong driving record with minimal violations or accidents
Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with route planning for efficient deliveries
