Job Description:

• Build Automated Equipment — Assemble complete machines, integrating mechanical and electrical components

• Electromechanical Assembly — Perform detailed wiring, mechanical assembly, and system integration

• Retrofits & Change Orders — Modify existing equipment to meet evolving customer and operational needs

• Blueprint & Schematic Reading — Interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics for accurate builds

• Root Cause Analysis — Diagnose system failures and implement effective corrective actions

• Troubleshooting — Work on wiring, controls, sensors, and mechanical components

• Preventive Maintenance — Maintain automated equipment to maximize uptime

• Repairs — Replace or adjust components to restore proper function

• Collaboration — Partner with engineers and technical teams on continuous improvement

• Customization Work — Support specialized builds for pharmacy, eCommerce, and mailing operations

• Tool Use — Safely use personal tools including crimpers, multimeters, wrenches, pliers, and more

• Process Improvement — Identify opportunities to streamline assembly and troubleshooting

• Informal Leadership — Share knowledge and support peers when needed

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety standards

• Participate in voluntary overtime for production, new builds, and R&D

Skills:

• Power‑Up & Debug Expertise — Able to contribute immediately at a high technical level

• Automation Experience — Hands‑on work with automated machinery and packaging systems

• Troubleshooting Skills — Mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical

• Blueprint/Schematic Reading

• Machine Building — Assembly, wiring, integration

• Root Cause Analysis

• Preventive Maintenance

• Personal Tool Set — Must bring full tool kit

• Strong communication, collaboration, and independent problem‑solving

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5–7 Years Experience in electromechanical assembly or automation

• Leadership/Mentorship experience

• Process Improvement mindset

• Interest in automation, R&D, and advanced packaging technologies

• Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding automation team

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Clean, climate‑controlled shop focused on packaging and automation equipment

• Not a backfill — part of a rapidly growing operation

• Close collaboration with engineers and innovators

• Shift Options:

• Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (4×10s)

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (5×8s)

• Voluntary overtime available

• Facility expanding into a larger space for continued growth

• Technicians must bring a complete personal tool set (crimpers, wrenches, pliers, multimeter, screwdrivers, punches, sockets, levels, tape measure, utility knife, etc.)

This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
