Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in Princeton, New Jersey, with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in complex commercial litigation within New Jersey state and federal courts. Admission to practice in New Jersey is required, with New York and/or Pennsylvania admission considered a plus. Duties Engage in complex commercial litigation cases. Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Represent clients in court proceedings. Requirements 2-4 years of litigation experience. Admitted to practice in New Jersey. Strong academic and professional credentials. Self‑motivated and a team player. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in New Jersey.
