Ascendis Pharma is seeking a Senior Counsel, US Commercial & Medical to provide legal guidance on promotional, advertising, and commercialization activities for biopharmaceutical products. The role is based in Princeton and reports to the Associate General Counsel, US Commercial and Medical.
The ideal candidate has a BA/BS, a JD, admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and 8+ years in pharma advertising and related contracts. Travel up to 20% is expected.
