Boutique Operations Manager At Nespresso’s luxury boutique at Americana at Brand, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our retail boutique. You will oversee daily store functions, manage inventory, and uphold safety and compliance standards, all aimed at enhancing both employee and customer experiences. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively guide the back‑of‑house team while also supporting front‑of‑house operations. What You’ll Be Doing Operations and Inventory Management: Partner with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure adherence to Retail Operations Procedures and Best Practices, including safety protocols, cash operations, and stock management. IT Systems Management: Ensure all technological systems function correctly, troubleshoot issues and manage IT support tickets, oversee the racking system, and ensure equipment is operational. Store Services: Maintain, teach and train employees on the coffee roaster, engraver, and the To‑Go and tasting bar. Omni Services Coordination: Manage fulfillment of customer orders, including same‑day delivery and online in‑store pickups. Operational Efficiencies: Continuously identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) principles while adhering to safety protocols. Compliance Oversight: Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies by conducting audits, inspections, and maintenance checks, leading initiatives to promote a safety‑conscious culture and ensuring all employees are certified in Food Safety and CPR. Team Leadership and Development: Guide, support, and coach the back‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional customer experience, stepping in as Manager on Duty for front‑of‑house operations when needed. General Support: Assist the leadership team with various projects and tasks as business needs arise. What You’ll Bring High School Diploma or GED required. 3+ years in retail or customer service industry related profession. Experience in operations or back‑of‑house preferred. Proven ability to lead and influence people; leadership experience preferred. Process and detail oriented with a systematic approach to work. Analytical problem solver capable of identifying inefficiencies and creating solutions. Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
