HR Generalist: People, Compliance & Engagement

TEEMA Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support over 60 locations across multiple states. You will drive full-cycle recruitment for retail and pharmacy roles, onboard new hires, and serve as a trusted partner to management while advocating for employees. You will also lead employee engagement initiatives, provide comprehensive benefits guidance, manage leaves, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
