You will manage the recruiting process from initial outreach through placement, developing relationships with candidates and clients while building your own portfolio of business. This role combines recruiting, relationship management, sales, and consulting with significant autonomy and earning potential.

Identify and engage qualified professionals through LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, and networking
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and identify the right talent
Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts
Maintain organized candidate pipelines and active search priorities
Collaborate with other recruiters to share candidates, opportunities, and market intelligence

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organization, follow-through, and personal accountability
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Recruiting, sales, account management, or other client-facing experience preferred
